Code of Good Conduct

This Code of Conduct defines the basic requirements that TSD demands from Suppliers and Intermediaries regarding responsibility toward people and the Environment. For this reason, TSD reserves the right to reasonably change the requirements contained in this Code of Conduct. If, in any case, TSD considers any previous revised version of this Code of Conduct valid, a new signature from the supplier will not be required. Finally, TSD is authorized to carry out inspections to verify compliance with the content of this Code of Conduct.

The supplier or intermediary declares compliance with this Code:

Human Rights and Support for Development

  • Respect the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and fully reject participation in any abuse of these rights.
  • Refuse to tolerate any unacceptable behavior or treatment of people, such as psychological abuse, sexual harassment, or discrimination, including any gesture, word, or act that could be considered sexual, coercive, abusive, or exploitative.
  • Promote equal opportunities and treatment for employees, regardless of skin color, race, nationality, ethnicity, political ideology, social status, disability, sexual orientation, religion, gender, or age.
  • Contribute to the economic and social development of local communities, as well as ensure full respect for Human Rights, dignity, aspirations, culture, and natural resources in the areas where various operations or activities take place.
  • Strive to avoid the use of materials that directly or indirectly finance armed groups that violate or infringe upon Human Rights.

Good Practices and Compliance with the Law

  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Allow no tolerance for any form of corruption, extortion, or bribery.
  • Refuse to offer or provide, as well as to request or accept, directly or indirectly, any object of value from the government, public officials, or competitors that could constitute direct or indirect influence or provide an undue advantage.
  • Act in accordance with national and international regulations governing competition and refrain from any practice considered unfair, such as price-fixing or market allocation.
  • Respect the Intellectual Property rights of others.

Occupational Health and Safety

  • Avoid any form that could lead to forced labor and absolutely reject employing anyone against their will.
  • Fully reject human trafficking for exploitation purposes.
  • Do not employ any worker below the legal minimum working age.
  • Act in accordance with the Workers’ Statute and international standards regulating occupational health and safety.
  • Provide training and instruction to ensure proper employee education on health and safety in their respective duties.
  • Respect the dignity and privacy of workers.
  • Comply with the maximum working hours as described by applicable laws.
  • Provide fair compensation and guarantee the statutory minimum wage.
  • Recognize, within the law, the right to freedom of association and collective bargaining.

Environmental Protection

  • Act in accordance with international standards and applicable regulations on the Environment and its protection.
  • Implement policies to reduce pollution and environmental impact.
  • Establish a reasonable method for waste management.
