As part of our commitment to Quality, the Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, and PECAL, this dedication is reflected in our Policy, which represents a priority aspect of our business project, defined by our President and conceived as a framework for continuous improvement in Quality, Environment, OHS, and PECAL. It is based on the following fundamental objectives:

  • Satisfy our clients’ requirements and anticipate their needs, ensuring their full satisfaction.

  • Achieve a clear technical definition to guarantee high quality in our processes.

  • Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, as well as any other obligations, ensuring that every manufactured vehicle/system/component/UTI corresponds to its approved version and complies with the latest legislation.

  • Commit to protecting the environment, including preventing pollution generated by our activities, and to continuously improving the organization’s environmental performance.

  • Minimize the impact of work activities on workers’ health by providing safe and healthy working conditions, preventing occupational injuries and health deterioration, and working to eliminate hazards and reduce health and safety risks.

  • Foster consultation and participation of employees and their representatives.

  • Commit to ongoing training and awareness to establish a continuous improvement system that ensures compliance with legislation and other requirements applicable to our Environmental Aspects or the occupational risks associated with our activities.

  • Set objectives and targets for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, and PECAL, and work as a team to achieve them.

  • Provide all necessary resources—both human and material—to ensure proper environmental management.

  • Involve all personnel across the organization through training and by effectively communicating this Policy.

  • Make this Policy available to all relevant stakeholders.
